Done Properly First Time.

Added GFCI outlets, and additional outlets in kitchen. Working with us to rewire rooms as we can cash flow the project. No callbacks as done properly the first time. Very professional and easy to work with.

Recommend Him To Anyone

Within 5 to 10 minutes, Ric called me and asked how quickly I needed the work done. I told him I had another bathroom so no rush. He asked if he could walk me through a few tests over the phone which I was willing to do. He educated me about a outlet in the basement (separate from the breaker box) that has 2 buttons. He had me plug something electrical into the outlet to confirm there was no electricity, clicked on the button, electricity was restored in the basement outlet, master bedroom and outlet on deck.

I offered to pay him and he said there was no need, he was more than happy to assist. He said "Why call someone, have them come to your house to flip a switch and charge you $85 dollars or more. I'd rather help the person and educate them than causing unnecessary charges."

How often does this happen today...we need more people with standards like Ric.

I would recommend him to anyone on Angie's LIst and if I have any electrical issues in the future....he's the one I'll call.

Done Properly First Time.

Mr. Ginn installed a pendant light over my dining room table, put in a new dimmer switch, removed a stack switch, separated a exhaust fan and light switch in a bathroom.

I contacted Mr. Ginn on recommendation from my sister who had him do work for her previously. I had a pendant light that needed to be installed in the dining room plus some other electrical work to be done. He arrived at the appointed time and was extremely professional and helpful. He emailed an estimate to me that evening and I asked if he could do just a few items on the list first, then the rest at a later date. We set the appointment for the following Tuesday.

On the day Mr. Ginn was to perform the work, he had an emergency call and couldn't make it that day. However, he did let me know that he was unable to be here well in advance of the appointment time. He was available the next day, arrived on time and got right to work. It took about 5 minutes for him to change out one switch next to the front door. Then he uninstalled the old chandelier and installed the new pendant quickly and efficiently. He installed the dimmer switch for the pendant light then moved on into the bathroom for the separation of the fan and light switch. He thought he would have to climb into the attic to do some electrical work, but when he removed the switch plate, he found that going into the attic wouldn't be necessary.

When it came time to pay the bill, Mr. Ginn dropped the price of the the exhaust fan/light switch work because he didn't have to make the trip to the attic. He said that if the job was not as complicated as previously thought, he should not charge the original estimated price.
